In der Datenbank der bei der Entwicklung des Services verwendeten öffentlichen Handbücher wurde eine durch Studienergebnisse statistisch belegte Wechselwirkung nachgewiesen, welche entweder zu den negativen Wirkungen auf die Gesundheit des Patienten führen oder das gemeinsame positive Effekt verstärken kann. Es ist notwendig, einen Arzt zu befragen, um mehrere Arzneimittel gleichzeitig einnehmen zu können.

Sparfloxacin ist nicht mehr im Handel erhältlich in den USA. Nehmen Sie nicht sparfloxacin mit anderen Medikamenten.

Fachmann:

KONTRAINDIZIERT: Sparfloxacin verursachen dosisabhängig eine Verlängerung des QT-Intervalls bei einigen Patienten. Theoretisch coadministration mit anderen Agenten, die verlängern das QT-Intervall führen können additive Effekte und einem erhöhten Risiko von ventrikulären Arrhythmien einschließlich torsade de pointes und plötzlichem Tod. Torsade de pointes berichtet worden bei einigen Patienten empfangen sparfloxacin allein und mit antiarrhythmische Wirkstoffe wie Amiodaron und disopyramide.

MANAGEMENT: Coadministration von sparfloxacin mit anderen Medikamenten, verlängert das QT-Intervall wird als kontraindiziert.
