Konsument:

Mit metoprolol und propafenon können zusammen Ihren Blutdruck senken und Ihre Herzfrequenz langsam. Dies kann zu einem langsamen Herzschlag, Kopfschmerzen, Herzrhythmusstörungen, geistige status-änderungen, Schwindel, oder das Gefühl, wie Sie vielleicht ohnmächtig. Daten sind verfügbar für metoprolol und propranolol nur, aber auch andere hepatically metabolisiert orale beta-Blocker können ebenfalls betroffen sein. Renally ausgeschieden beta-Blocker wie atenolol, carteolol, nadolol, oder sotalol sind nicht zu erwarten, um zu interagieren. Zusätzlich, negativ inotrope Wirkung kann verstärkt.
