Pemetrexed Intravenous und Yosprala
Bestimmung der Wechselwirkung zwischen Pemetrexed Intravenous und Yosprala sowie der Möglichkeit, beide Arzneimittel gleichzeitig einzunehmen.
In der Datenbank der bei der Entwicklung des Services verwendeten öffentlichen Handbücher wurde eine durch Studienergebnisse statistisch belegte Wechselwirkung nachgewiesen, welche entweder zu den negativen Wirkungen auf die Gesundheit des Patienten führen oder das gemeinsame positive Effekt verstärken kann. Es ist notwendig, einen Arzt zu befragen, um mehrere Arzneimittel gleichzeitig einnehmen zu können.
Konsument:Mit PEMEtrexed zusammen mit aspirin kann zu erhöhen die Wirkung von PEMEtrexed. Kontaktieren Sie Ihren Arzt, wenn Sie erleben, Fieber, Schüttelfrost, Gliederschmerzen, Grippe-Symptome, Entzündungen im Mund oder weiße Flecken, und starken Durchfall. PEMEtrexed kann die untere der Blutzellen, die helfen, Ihren Körper der Bekämpfung von Infektionen. Dies kann machen es einfacher für Sie zu Bluten, das von einer Verletzung oder krank sein um anderen, die krank sind. Werden Sie sicher, dass Ihre Blutkörperchen nicht zu niedrig, dein Blut wird getestet auf einer regelmäßigen basis. Fachmann:PASSEN Sie die DOSIERUNG INTERVALL: Coadministration mit nicht-steroidale entzündungshemmende Medikamente (NSAIDs) erhöht möglicherweise die Plasmakonzentrationen von pemetrexed. Der Mechanismus ist nicht beschrieben worden, aber möglicherweise im Zusammenhang mit NSAR Hemmung der renalen Prostaglandine. Anwendung von NSAR wurde im Zusammenhang mit Nephropathie manifestiert sich als Erhöhungen von serum-Kreatinin und BUN, tubuläre Nekrose, glomerulitis, renale papilläre Nekrose, akute interstitielle nephritis, nephrotisches Syndrom und Nierenversagen. Da pemetrexed ist in Erster Linie beseitigt werden unverändert durch renale Ausscheidung, coadministration mit NSAR kann es in Folge verzögerte und/oder verringerte clearance. Täglich ibuprofen-Dosis von 400 mg viermal ein Tag hat nachweislich zu einer Verringerung der pemetrexed-clearance um etwa 20% bei Patienten mit normaler Nierenfunktion, in der Erwägung, dass aspirin bei 325 mg alle 6 Stunden nicht. Die Wirkung von höheren Dosierungen von ibuprofen oder aspirin, ist unbekannt.
MANAGEMENT: Ibuprofen 400 mg und aspirin bei 325 mg, viermal am Tag, oder weniger, verwendet werden kann mit pemetrexed bei Patienten mit normaler Nierenfunktion. Jedoch ist Vorsicht geboten bei Patienten mit leichter bis mittelschwerer Niereninsuffizienz (Kreatinin-clearance 45 bis 79 mL/min). Diese Patienten sollten es vermeiden, die Einnahme von NSAIDs mit kurzen Beseitigung Halbwertszeiten (z.B. diclofenac, etodolac, fenoprofen, flurbiprofen, ibuprofen, indomethacin, ketoprofen, ketorolac, meclofenamate, mefenamic acid, sulindac, tolmetin, niedrige Dosierungen von Salicylat) 2 Tage vor bis 2 Tage nach der pemetrexed-administration. Wenn eine gleichzeitige Anwendung notwendig ist, sollten die Patienten engmaschig überwacht werden für die Toxizität, insbesondere myelosuppression, nephrotoxizität und gastrointestinale Toxizität. In Abwesenheit von Daten über die Nutzung mit NSAID mit längeren Halbwertszeiten, Quellensteuer NSAR-Dosierung für mindestens 5 Tage vor bis 2 Tage nach der pemetrexed-administration empfohlen.
