Es ist notwendig, einen Arzt zu befragen, um mehrere Arzneimittel gleichzeitig einnehmen zu können.

Konsument:

Amiodaron kann zu einer Verminderung der Auswirkungen von Levothyroxin. Kontaktieren Sie Ihren Arzt, wenn Ihre Symptome verschlimmern oder sich Ihr Zustand ändert. Ihr Arzt kann die Dosis anpassen von Levothyroxin oder verschreiben alternativen, die interagieren nicht. MONITOR: Amiodaron kann die Verringerung der Auswirkungen von exogenen Schilddrüsenhormone. Amiodaron hemmt die periphere Umwandlung von Thyroxin (T4) zu Trijodthyronin (T3) und trägt auch anorganische JOD führen kann, verändert die Funktion der Schilddrüse tests, Hypothyreose oder Hyperthyreose.

MANAGEMENT: Therapie mit Amiodaron gegeben werden sollte vorsichtig in Patienten mit einer Funktionsstörung der Schilddrüse. Eine klinische überwachung, einschließlich baseline und regelmäßige (alle 6 Monate) Laborverfahren zur Bewertung der Funktion der Schilddrüse wird empfohlen, bei gleichzeitiger Behandlung und für mehrere Monate nach absetzen von Amiodaron, vor allem bei älteren Patienten. Änderung der Therapie kann notwendig sein.
