In der Datenbank der bei der Entwicklung des Services verwendeten öffentlichen Handbücher wurde eine durch Studienergebnisse statistisch belegte Wechselwirkung nachgewiesen, welche entweder zu den negativen Wirkungen auf die Gesundheit des Patienten führen oder das gemeinsame positive Effekt verstärken kann. Es ist notwendig, einen Arzt zu befragen, um mehrere Arzneimittel gleichzeitig einnehmen zu können.

Konsument:

Mit moxifloxacin zusammen mit warfarin kann dazu führen, Sie zu Bluten leichter. Sie benötigen möglicherweise eine Anpassung der Dosierung basierend auf Ihrem Prothrombinzeit oder der International Normalized Ratio (INR). Rufen Sie Ihren Arzt sofort, wenn Sie ungewöhnliche Blutungen oder Blutergüsse, Erbrechen, Blut im Stuhl oder Urin, Kopfschmerzen, Schwindel oder Schwäche. GENAU beobachten: Einige Chinolon-Antibiotika berichtet worden, potenzieren die hypoprothrombinemic Wirkung von warfarin und anderen Cumarin-Antikoagulantien. Der genaue Mechanismus ist unbekannt, aber möglicherweise beinhalten die inhibition der Cumarin-Metabolismus und/oder Abbau bestimmter Gerinnungsfaktoren durch Unterdrückung der vitamin K-produzierenden Darmflora. Eine Retrospektive Kohorten-Studie von akut warfarin-Patienten auf US Veteran ' s Affairs Medical Center ergab ein erhöhtes Risiko und die schwere der overanticoagulation nach der Initiierung von levofloxacin im Vergleich zu einer Kontrolle-agent, terazosin. Speziell, einer mittleren INR-Erhöhung von 0,85 beobachtet wurde, in der levofloxacin-Gruppe (n=27), im Vergleich zu einer mittleren Abnahme von 0,15 in der terazosin-Gruppe (n=29). Ciprofloxacin, enoxacin, gatifloxacin, levofloxacin, moxifloxacin, nalidixinsäure, norfloxacin, ofloxacin und trovafloxacin wurden speziell verwickelt. Andere Einflüsse, wie Fieber, Infektionen, Mangelernährung und andere begleitende Rahmenbedingungen Blutgerinnung Mechanismen und die Pharmakokinetik von warfarin sollten auch berücksichtigt werden.

MANAGEMENT: das Potenzial für eine klinisch signifikante Wechselwirkung und sogar Todesfall in der gelegentlichen, empfindlichen Patienten, eine engmaschige überwachung wird empfohlen, wenn ein Chinolon-Antibiotikum verschrieben, während Cumarin-Antikoagulans-Therapie. Die gleiche Vorkehrung ist anwendbar während der Therapie mit anderen oralen Antikoagulantien (z.B., indandiones), auch wenn klinische Daten fehlen.
