Bestimmung der Wechselwirkung zwischen Luvox und Xadago sowie der Möglichkeit, beide Arzneimittel gleichzeitig einzunehmen.
In der Datenbank der bei der Entwicklung des Services verwendeten öffentlichen Handbücher wurde eine durch Studienergebnisse statistisch belegte Wechselwirkung nachgewiesen, welche entweder zu den negativen Wirkungen auf die Gesundheit des Patienten führen oder das gemeinsame positive Effekt verstärken kann. Es ist notwendig, einen Arzt zu befragen, um mehrere Arzneimittel gleichzeitig einnehmen zu können.
Konsument:Mit safinamide zusammen mit Fluvoxamin erhöht die Gefahr einer seltenen aber ernsten Zustand genannte serotonin-Syndrom, können Symptome wie Verwirrung, Halluzinationen, Beschlagnahme, extreme Veränderungen im Blutdruck, erhöhte Herzfrequenz, Fieber, übermäßiges Schwitzen, zittern oder zittern, verschwommenes sehen, Muskelkrämpfe oder Steifigkeit, tremor, Nichtübereinstimmung, Magen-Krämpfe, übelkeit, Erbrechen und Durchfall. Ihr Arzt kann vorschreiben, alternativen, die nicht interagieren, oder müssen Sie möglicherweise eine häufigere überwachung sicher beide Medikamente. Fachmann:MONITOR: Durch die Hemmung der serotonin-Stoffwechsel, Monoamin-oxidase-Hemmer (Mao-Hemmer), einschließlich des selektiven MAO-B-Hemmer safinamide, kann potenzieren die pharmakologische Aktivität des serotonergen Substanzen wie serotonin-Wiederaufnahme-Hemmer (SSRI). Die Folge kann ein erhöhtes Risiko für serotonin-Syndrom, eine seltene, aber schwerwiegende und potenziell tödliche Erkrankung dachte, als Folge von überstimulation der Hirnstamm 5-HT1A-und-2A-Rezeptoren. MANAGEMENT: Vorsicht ist geboten, wenn safinamide verwendet wird, gleichzeitig mit SSRIs und der SSRI verabreicht werden soll, um die niedrigste wirksame Dosis. Klinische und Labor-monitoring sollte in Betracht gezogen werden, wenn diese Medikamente verwendet werden, damit auch.
