In der Datenbank der bei der Entwicklung des Services verwendeten öffentlichen Handbücher wurde eine durch Studienergebnisse statistisch belegte Wechselwirkung nachgewiesen, welche entweder zu den negativen Wirkungen auf die Gesundheit des Patienten führen oder das gemeinsame positive Effekt verstärken kann. Es ist notwendig, einen Arzt zu befragen, um mehrere Arzneimittel gleichzeitig einnehmen zu können.

Konsument:

Ceftizoxime erhöhen kann die Wirkungen von warfarin und verursachen Sie zu Bluten leichter. Sie müssen möglicherweise häufigere überwachung der INR nach Beginn ceftizoxime oder wenn es eingestellt wird, und entsprechende Anpassungen in Ihrer Dosierung, wenn nötig. Rufen Sie Ihren Arzt sofort, wenn Sie ungewöhnliche Blutungen, Blutergüsse, Erbrechen, Blut im Stuhl oder Urin, Kopfschmerzen, Schwindel, oder Schwäche während der Behandlung mit diesen Medikamenten. MONITOR: Cephalosporine verstärken kann die gerinnungshemmende Wirkung von vitamin-K-Antagonisten. Mögliche Mechanismen sind gehemmt, das Wachstum der vitamin K-produzierenden Darmbakterien, hemmte die Produktion von vitamin-K-abhängigen Gerinnungsfaktoren über eine methylthiotetrazole (MTT) side-chain (z.B., cefamandole, cefmetazole, cefoperazone, cefotetan), und/oder gehemmt Thrombozyten-Aktivität. Verringerte prothrombin-Aktivität berichtet wurde während der Behandlung mit verschiedenen Cephalosporinen. Zu den Risikofaktoren zählen Nieren-oder hepatische Beeinträchtigung, schlechter Ernährungszustand, anhaltender antimikrobieller Therapie und chronische Antikoagulation-Therapie.

MANAGEMENT: Prothrombinzeit und INR sollten überwacht werden und der patient genau beobachten auf Anzeichen von Blutungen. Die Antikoagulans-Dosis kann angepasst werden, wie angegeben. Patienten sollten angewiesen werden, Benachrichtigen Sie Ihrem Arzt, wenn Sie irgendwelche Anzeichen oder Symptome, die darauf hindeuten übermäßiger Antikoagulation, wie ungewöhnliche oder verlängerte Blutungen, Blutergüsse, Kaffee-Boden Erbrechen, Veränderungen im Stuhl oder Urin Farbe, Kopfschmerzen, Schwindel oder Schwäche.
