In der Datenbank der bei der Entwicklung des Services verwendeten öffentlichen Handbücher wurde eine durch Studienergebnisse statistisch belegte Wechselwirkung nachgewiesen, welche entweder zu den negativen Wirkungen auf die Gesundheit des Patienten führen oder das gemeinsame positive Effekt verstärken kann. Es ist notwendig, einen Arzt zu befragen, um mehrere Arzneimittel gleichzeitig einnehmen zu können.

Konsument:

Mit sotalol zusammen mit moxifloxacin wird nicht empfohlen. Die Kombination dieser Medikamente kann das Risiko erhöhen, einen unregelmäßigen Herzrhythmus, die ernst sein kann. Sie sollten suchen Sie sofort ärztliche Hilfe, wenn Sie entwickeln plötzlich Schwindel, Benommenheit, Ohnmacht oder schneller oder klopfender Herzschlag während der Behandlung mit sotalol oder moxifloxacin. KONTRAINDIZIERT: - Chinolone wie ciprofloxacin, gatifloxacin, gemifloxacin, levofloxacin, lomefloxacin, moxifloxacin, norfloxacin, ofloxacin, und sparfloxacin verursachen dosisabhängig eine Verlängerung des QT-Intervalls bei einigen Patienten. Coadministration mit anderen Agenten, die verlängern das QT-Intervall möglicherweise erhöhten Risiko für ventrikuläre Herzrhythmusstörungen, einschließlich ventrikuläre Tachykardie und torsade de pointes, weil der Additiven arrhythmogenic Potenzial in Bezug auf Ihre Auswirkungen auf die reizleitung. Torsade de pointes berichtet worden bei einigen Patienten empfangen sparfloxacin allein und mit antiarrhythmische Wirkstoffe wie Amiodaron und disopyramide. Es wurden auch vereinzelte Fall-Berichte von klinisch signifikanten Wechselwirkungen mit sotalol, ein Klasse III-antiarrhythmische agent, für beide gatifloxacin und moxifloxacin. Ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, lomefloxacin, norfloxacin und ofloxacin allein in Verbindung gebracht wurden extrem seltene Fälle von torsade de pointes und ventrikuläre Tachykardie.

MANAGEMENT: Produkt-Kennzeichnung für bestimmte Chinolone empfiehlt die Vermeidung von gleichzeitiger Therapie mit Klasse IA (z.B., disopyramide, quinidine, procainamide) und der Klasse III (z.B. Amiodaron, dofetilide, ibutilide, sotalol) antiarrhythmische Wirkstoffe, sowie bepridil.
